摘 要:目的探讨维吾尔族大学生抑郁状况分布特点,并分析其与发中微量元素的关系。方法选取278名18~26岁维吾尔族大学生采用SDS(抑郁自评量表)量表调查其抑郁状况,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测量其发中钙、镁、铜、锌的含量。结果维吾尔族女大学生抑郁症状标准分显著高于男生(P〈0.01),医学专业学生抑郁症状标准分显著高于非医学专业学生(P〈0.01)。维吾尔族女大学生头发中钙、锌、镁元素含量显著低于男生(P〈0.01),发铜含量显著高于男性(P〈0.01)。抑郁组发钙、锌、镁元素含量显著低于非抑郁组(P〈0.01)。发中四种微量元素与抑郁症之间的相关分析表明:r钙=-0.49,r镁=-0.38,r锌=-0.31(P均〈0.05),r铜=0.007(P〉0.05)。结论维吾尔族大学生抑郁水平与发中钙、镁、锌含量呈负相关,与发铜含量之间无线性关系。Objective To explore the distribution features of depression status among Uyghur college students, and to analyze their relationships with contents of trace elements in hair. Methods Two hundred and seventy- eight Uyghur college stu- dents aged 18 to 26 years were selected for survey on their status of depression by self- rating depression scale (SDS) and for de- termination of the contents of calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc in hair by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Results The standardized score of depression symptoms was significantly higher in female Uyghur college students than in the males (P〈 0.01 ). It was also significantly higher in the medical college students than in the non - medical specialty students (P 〈 0.01 ). The contents of calcium, zinc and magnesium in hair were significantly lower in female Uyghur college students than in the males (P〈0.01), while the content of copper in hair was significantly higher in the females than in the males (P〈0.01). The contents of calcium, zinc and magnesium in hair of the depression group were significantly lower than those in non- depres- sion group (P 〈 0.01 ). The correlation analysis on the relationship between depression status and the contents of the 4 elements showed that the correlation coefficients for calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper were - 0.49, - 0.38, - 0.31 (all P〈0.05) and 0. 007 (P 〉 0.05), respectively. Conclusions The depression status of Uyghur college students is negatively correlated with the contents of calcium, magnesium and zinc in their hair, and no linear correlation is found between the depression disorder and content of copper in their hair.
