摘　　要：葛根黄芩黄连汤是《伤寒论》中的一首名方,方中葛根升清阳、解表、生津,可宣达肺气使上焦通畅,体现"源清而流自洁"、"肺与大肠相表里"的理论;黄芩、黄连清热燥湿止利,体现"湿宜轻下"、"急下存阴"之思想。通过对葛根黄芩黄连汤的探讨,以期对后世医家诊治肺系、肠系疾病以及湿热病方面有重要指导意义。Gegen huangqin huanglian decoction is a famous prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Gegen sheng qing yang, diaphoresis, sheng jin and disperse lung to make upper jiao smooth. Its application embodies the theory that cleaning source so that flow of self-cleaning and the exterior interior relationship of lung and large intestine. Hungqin and haunglian check and clear heat with dampness. Its application embodies the theory that dampness should be rushed down lightly and xie Qi should be rushed down as soon as possible for saving yin jin. The decoction treat of lung and large intestine at the same time. It has the important guiding significance for diagnosis and treatment of lung, intestinal diseases and disease of dampness heat.
