摘  要:试验旨在研究高水平DDGS饲粮中添加酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和养分利用率的影响。选取1日龄健康白羽肉鸡720只,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复18只,各重复之间体重差异不显著。正对照组饲喂基础饲粮,负对照组饲喂高水平DDGS饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶和复合酶高水平DDGS饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:4-6周龄甘露聚糖酶组平均日增重(ADG)显著高于负对照组、木聚糖酶组和复合酶组(P〈0.05);4-6周龄复合酶组脾脏指数显著高于负对照组、木聚糖酶组和甘露聚糖酶组(P〈0.05);1-6周龄甘露聚糖酶组饲料增重比(F/G)显著低于其他加酶各组(P〈0.05);加酶组表观代谢能显著高于负对照组(P〈0.05)。综合分析,在高水平DDGS饲粮中添加木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶和复合酶可提高肉鸡干物质消化率、表观代谢能和免疫器官指数,提高肉鸡ADG、降低F/G,但饲粮中添加高水平DDGS会影响动物生长性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of high level of DDGS diets supplemented with enzymic preparations on growth performance, immune organ indexes and nutrient utilization in broilers. Seven hundred and twenty one-day-old recessive white feather chickens were randomly assigned to five groups with eight replicates per group and eighteen broilers per replicate, no significant difference in body weight between each repetition. The positive control group was fed a basal diet, the negative control group was fed a high proportion of DDGS diet, and three other experimental groups were fed with a high proportion of DDGS diets supplemented with xylanase, mannase and complex enzyme preparation. The trial lasted for 42 d. The results showed as follows that the feed conversion ratio in the group of adding complex enzyme preparation of 4-6 weeks was significantly lower than that of others groups(P〈 0.01). The feed conversion ratio in the group of adding complex enzyme preparation of 1-6 weeks was significantly lower than that of negative control group and the group of adding xylanase and mannose(P〈0.05). The spleen index in the group supplemented with complex enzyme preparation of 4-6 weeks was significantly higher than that of negative control group and the group supplemented with xylanase and the group supplemented with mannase (P〈0.05). The apparent metabolizable energy in the groups of supplemented with xylanase, mannase, complex enzyme preparation were significantly higher than that of negative control group (P〈0.05). In conclusion, a high level of com DDGS diet supplemented with enzymic preparations can improve the digestibility of dry matter, AME value and the index of immune organs, it can improve the chicken average daily gain and reduce the feed conversion ratio. But adding a high level DDGS in the feed can reduce the animal growth performance.
