摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同水平代谢有机酸对AA肉鸡生长和免疫性能的影响。选取1日龄AA肉公鸡192只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组的饲粮分别在基础饲粮中添加3.75‰、5.00‰和6.25‰代谢有机酸产品。结果表明:饲粮中添加代谢有机酸可促进肉鸡采食,有效提高肉鸡增重和饲料转化率,其中5.00‰代谢有机酸组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各试验组血清中总蛋白和球蛋白含量升高,白球比降低,并且6.25‰代谢有机酸组血清中白球比达到显著水平(P<0.05);各试验组较对照组提高了血清中免疫球蛋白、补体C3、补体C4含量(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加代谢有机酸产品可以提高肉鸡饲料转化率,改善其生产性能,增强机体免疫性能。综合各项指标得出本试验条件下5.00‰代谢有机酸组效果最佳。This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of metabolism organic acid on growth and imm uneperformance in AA broiler. A total of 192 healthy broilers at age of 1-day-old were randomly allocated into 4 groupswith 4 replicates per group and 12 broilers per replicate. The control group was fed with a basal diet withoutsupplementation of metabolism organic acid and the three experimental groups were fed with the basal diet with 3.75‰,5.00‰ and 6.25‰metabolism organic acid, respectively. The results indicated that metabolism organic acidincreased average weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion rate. The average weight gain of group with 5.00‰metabolism organic acid was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the controlgroup, serum total protein and albumin of the three experimental groups increased, the ratio of albumin and globulindecreased, and the ratio in group with 6.25%0 metabolism organic acid reached a significant level (P〈0.05). Serumimmunoglobulin, complement 3 and complement 4 were increased with metabolism organic acid (P〉0.05). Inconclusion, metabolism organic acid improved feed conversion rate, growth performance and immune performance inbroiler. Optimum level of metabolism organic acid in diet was 5.00%o in present study.
