摘 要:本试验采用4×2(铜×维生素A)完全随机试验设计,研究饲粮添加不同水平的铜(0、8、150、225 mg/kg)和维生素A(1 500、5 000 IU/kg)对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段(0-4周龄和5-7周龄)的生长性能及十二指肠酶活性的影响。选用1日龄艾维菌肉仔鸡448只,随机分为8组,每组4个重复,每重复14只鸡,公、母各半。结果表明:饲粮铜的添加水平对后期十二指肠黏膜铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu Zn-SOD)活性、前期和后期十二指肠过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性影响极显著(P〈0.01),150 mg/kg Cu组Cu Zn-SOD活性最高,225 mg/kg Cu组CAT活性最高;饲粮铜水平也极显著影响了前期和后期十二指肠脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性(P〈0.01),前期和后期均以225 mg/kg Cu组脂肪酶活性最高,150 mg/kg Cu组淀粉酶活性最高;饲粮中添加5 000 IU/kg维生素A明显提高了十二指肠Cu Zn-SOD和CAT的活性,但降低了十二指肠脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性;铜和维生素A交互作用对前后期十二指肠Cu Zn-SOD和CAT的活性、前期十二指肠脂肪酶活性和后期淀粉酶活性影响极显著(P〈0.01)。A 4x2 completely random experiment was designed to study the effects of various dietary Cu (0, 8, 150,225 mg/kg) and vitamin A (1 500, 5 000 IU/kg) levels on the growth performance and the activity of CuZn-SOD,CAT, Lipase and Amylase in duodenal mucous membrane in broilers of different stage. 448 Avin broilers of 1 day oldwere assigned randomly 8 treatments, with four replicate pens per treatment and fourteen broilers per pen. The resultsindicated that: The dietary copper levels affected significantly the activity of CuZn-SOD at the later stage, and theactivity of CAT, and amylase in duodenum through the whole stage (P〈0.01). The activity of CuZn-SOD and amylasein group with copper (150 mg/kg) was the highest, and the activity of CAT and lipase in group with copper (225 mg/kg)was the highest. Group with VA (5 000 IU/kg) promoted the activity of CuZn-SOD and CAT, but decreased theactivity of Lipase and Amylase. The interaction of group with copper and the vitamin A significantly affected theactivity of CuZn-SOD and CAT through the whole stage, the activity of lipase at the early stage and the activity ofamylase at the later stage (P〈0.01).
