乳酸菌素对犊牛生长及养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究乳酸菌素对犊牛生长指标和营养物质消化率的影响。选用健康黑白花公犊牛32头,采用单因素随机试验设计,犊牛5月龄开始饲喂乳酸菌素,预试期10 d,正试期60 d。犊牛平均分为4组,每组8头,T1-T4组分别饲喂乳酸菌素0、20、30、40 g/d。结果表明：饲喂不同水平乳酸菌素对犊牛的管围、体高影响较小（P〉0.05）,其中T4组体斜长、身高和胸围最大,分别为116.7、117.8、105.3 cm;T3组管围最大为15.2 cm,比对照组高出1.8 cm;各组间犊牛的体重和平均日增重差异不显著（P〉0.05）;乳酸菌素对犊牛的干物质（DM）、有机物（OM）、总能（GE）、粗蛋白（CP）、粗脂肪（EE）、钙（Ca）和磷（P）的表观消化率都有影响,但差异不显著（P〉0.05）,T4组各项指标均高于其他组。结果提示,饲喂乳酸菌素有利于犊牛对饲料的消化吸收,促进犊牛生长,并且在本试验条件下,以40 g添加量最好。The objective of this study was to research the effect of Lactohacillin on growth and nutrient digestibility incalves. And 32 healthy Holstein bull calves were fed lactobacillus from 5 months old, pre-feeding period was 10 d,formal test was 60 d. The calves were randomly divided into 4 groups （Tlgroup： 0g, T2 group： 20g, T3 group： 30g, T4group： 40g）, and each group had 8 calves. The study used single-factor randomized experimental design. The resultsshowed thatfed different levels of lactobacillus had a the smaller effect on calves＇ cannon circumference and height（P〉0.05）. And the maximum of the body length, body height and chest circumference all were in T4 group. The data were116.7cm, 117.8cm and 105.3cm respectively. However, the maximum of the cannon circumference was in group T3, itwas 15.2 cm, higher than those in other groups （P〉0.05）. Lactobacillus affected calves apparent digestibility of DM,OM, GE, CP, EE , Ca and P, but the differences were not significant （P〉0.05）. And in this study every indicators ingroup T4 were higher than other those in groups. In conlusion, Lactobacillus can improve calves＇ digestibility ofnutrients, and improve growth performance of calves.
