摘　　要：DPS-500是为适应高强度等级管道钢焊接的需要而研发的一款新型IGBT逆变焊机,焊机的逆变频率高达50 k Hz,整机实现了全数字化控制,充分利用计算机仿真技术,提升了设计的合理性,提高了研发速度,同时也大幅度提高了焊机的可靠性,为我国长输管道建设提供了一款性能优异的管道焊机。DPS-500 is a new type of IGBT inverter welding machine which is developed to adapt to the needs of pipeline welding of high strength and high grade steel.The inverter frequency is up to 50 kHz with fully digital control.This welding machine is applied with computer simulation technology during R＆D so as to improve the rationality of the design and the R＆D speed,meanwhile it improves the reliability of the welding machine greatly.
