起重机吊臂专用润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：针对起重机的工况特点以及起重机吊臂的润滑条件要求,采用聚醚和低粘度聚α-烯烃复合作为基础油,并加入复合聚脲稠化剂和多种功能型添加剂,研制出一种起重机吊臂专用润滑脂。经过理化性能分析和试用,研制润滑脂具有良好热氧化安定性、剪切安定性、防锈防腐性、极压抗磨性能、机械安定性以及较好的粘附性和抗水性能;对起重机吊臂吊重以及日常养护具有较好的润滑和防护作用。According to the characteristics and the operation condition of the crane and the lubrication requirements of crane arm, special grease used in crane arm was developed by adding composite polyurea thickening agent and functional additives into PAG and low viscosity of PAO base oil. Physical and chemical characteristics of the grease were analyzed, and the field test the grease was carried out. The results show that, the developed grease has good thermal oxidation stability, extreme pressure anti-wear ability, engine invariability, good adhesive and anti-water ability; the developed grease has good lubrication and protective effects for crane working and its daily maintenance.
