摘 要:针对油田注汽锅炉能耗过高问题,运用"黑箱"模型分析方法,建立了注汽锅炉火用分析模型,对国内某油田注汽锅炉进行了火用效率和热效率计算。分析了蒸汽压力、蒸汽干度和蒸汽蒸发量3个影响油田注汽锅炉火用效率和热效率的影响因素及其变化规律。研究表明,火用效率和热效率随蒸汽压力、蒸汽干度的增大而降低,随蒸汽蒸发量的增大而升高。其中,蒸汽蒸发量对锅炉火用效率和热效率影响最大,蒸汽蒸发量每增大0.2 t/h,锅炉火用效率增大约为0.30%,热效率增大约为0.70%。Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in the steam boiler, exergy analysis model of the steam boiler was established by "black box" model analysis method. Exergy efficiency and thermal efficiency of the steam boiler in a domestic oilfield were calculated. The influence of the steam pressure, the steam quality and the steam evaporation on the exergy efficiency and the thermal efficiency of the steam boiler was investigated. The research results show that, with increasing of the steam pressure and steam quality, the exergy efficiency and the thermal efficiency of the steam boiler decrease; but with increasing of the steam evaporation, the exergy efficiency and the thermal efficiency of the steam boiler increase. Among them, influence of the steam evaporation on the exergy efficiency and thermal efficiency of the boiler is the greatest; when the steam evaporation increases 0.2 t/h,the exergy efficiency of the steam boiler increases by about 0.30%, the thermal efficiency increases by about 0.70%.
