摘　　要：通过对中国发明专利进行数据检索,分析中国轮胎技术领域的专利逐年申请趋势、申请人地域和属性构成,结果表明中国轮胎产业处于快速发展期,企业是轮胎技术领域的创新主体。结合重点轮胎制造企业的专利申请量、专利授权率、专利维持时间、发明人数量、技术分布等因素,分析重点企业的专利竞争情况。The whole situation of tire technology in China was reviewed by searching and analyzing Chinese patents of invention. Patent application trend and regional distribution of applicant were analyzed. The results show that the tire technology and its application in China has good development prospect, and applicants from a few countries or districts have applied a lot of patents in China. The amount of patent application, authorization ratio, patent maintenance, total number of inventors, vital technology layout of the key companies as patent applicants were discussed.
