摘 要:运用同位素示踪技术,以苹果砧木八棱海棠幼苗为试验材料,研究钼对八棱海棠幼苗吸收和利用硝态氮的影响以及钼对幼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明:供钼处理的八棱海棠幼苗的根系活力高于对照。培养4 d时,八棱海棠幼苗两种处理的叶片NR活性上升至最高值,然后下降。培养8 d内供钼处理根系硝酸还原酶活性一直高于对照,且与对照差异显著。供钼处理提高了八棱海棠幼苗生物量和叶绿素含量。钼明显影响幼苗的15N利用率和分配率,供钼处理15N利用率为14.97%,比对照提高63.06%;供钼处理幼苗茎和叶片15N分配率为18.40%和24.34%,分别为对照的1.32倍和1.16倍。Using 15^N-labeled tracer method and Malus microma!us Makino seedlings as experiment materials in the study, the effects of molybdenum(Mo) on the absorption and utilization of nitrate-nitrogen, as well as growth of seedlings were investigated in the study. The results showed that Mo could enhance root activity of seedlings in the study. Leaf NR activity in two treatments reached the maximum on the 4 d and then decreased. The NR activity in roots of the Mo treatment was higher than that of control on the 8 d, and there was significant difference between the treatments. Mo could enhance biomass of seedlings and contents of chlorophyll. The 15^N utilization ratio of the Mo treatment was 14.97%, which was 63.06% higher than control. Stems and roots 15^N distribution ratios of the Mo treatment were 18.40% and 24.34%, which were 1.32- and 1.16-fold compared with the same part in control respectively.
