层积处理对翅果油树种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：对翅果油树种子进行层积预处理并测定萌发及幼苗生长的相关指标。结果表明,与未经层积处理的对照组相比,30cm填埋处理种子的发芽率、发芽势、萌发指数最高。本研究为促进翅果油树的可持续利用提供一定的科学依据。In this experiment, stratification pretreatment was used to increase the germination rate. Relevant indicators were measured. The results showed that germination rates, germinative force, germination index were the highest when seeds were buried in 30 em deep in the soil. It was helpful to promote the sustainable use of Elaeagmus mollis.
