昆山市12月龄幼儿身长体重变化的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨江苏省昆山市12月龄幼儿身长体重的影响因素。方法:2002年-2012年江苏省昆山市淀山湖镇身长、体重记录完整的12月龄幼儿1087例,记录信息包括出生日期、出生体重、孕周、分娩方式、性别、身长、体重、喂养方式、初次保健时间等。采用多元线性回归模型分析12月龄幼儿身长、体重的影响因素。结果:12月龄幼儿身长、体重与出生孕周、分娩方式、初次保健时间、户口类型无关,体重亦与出生年份无关(P>0.05);12月龄幼儿身长、体重与出生体重、性别、喂养方式有关,身长亦与出生年份有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。出生孕周、女性胎儿、喂养方式、出生体重和初次保健时间是12月龄幼儿体重、身长的影响因素,分娩方式、出生年份和户口类型仅对12月龄幼儿身长有影响。结论:12月龄幼儿身长、体重受胎儿相关因素及出生后因素的影响,提示幼儿早期保健的关口应该前移,孕期就应重视优生优育。Objective： To explore the inlfuence factors of height and body weight of 12-month infants in Jiangsu Kunshan.Methods： The birthdate, birth weight, gestational weeks, delivery mode, sex, height, body weight, feeding patterns and primary health care time of 1087 cases 12-month infants in Jiangsu Kunshan from 2002 to 2012 were recorded. Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the inlfuence factors of height and body weight of 12-month infants.Results：The height and body weight of 12-month infants were irrelevant to gestational weeks, delivery mode, primary health care time and account type ; the body weight was also irrelevant to birth year （P〉0.05）. The height and body weight of 12-month infants were concerned with birth weight, sex and feeding patterns; the height also was concerned with birth year （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The inlfuence factors of height and body weight of 12-month infants included gestational weeks, female fetuses, feeding patterns, birth weight and primary health care time; Delivery mode, birth year and account type only inlfuenced the height.Conclusions：12-month infants’ height and weight are associated with antenatal and postnatal factors, which indicate that child health should be brought forward.
