摘 要:将市售新鲜小白菜通过仿农药污染处理,采用家庭中较易实现的洗涤方法:自来水、淡盐水和洗洁精水溶液分别浸泡不同时间。将样品进行提取、浓缩、净化,后用高效液相色谱仪进行定量。试验结果表明:3种洗涤方法对于氧乐果都有一定的去除效果,其中洗洁精水溶液浸泡2min时效果最佳,残留率为20.41%;其次为淡盐水浸泡15min,残留率为21.51%;最后为自来水浸泡10min,残留率为28.71%。为了避免洗洁精的二次污染,建议最佳清洗方法为淡盐水浸泡15min。同时实验表明对果蔬的浸泡洗涤并非时间越长越好。Fresh cabbages bought from market were artificially treated by pesticide. Then the cabbages were washed with easy handling methods in the family by soaking with water, light salt water and detergent solution during different time. Different samples were extracted, concentrated, purified, after using high performance liquid chromatograph, and then conducted a quantitative study. The results showed that: Rogor,detergent solution gave the best results among these three washing methods. Residual rate was 20.41 %after 2 minutes washing. The second best one was light brine washing for 15 minutes with the residual rate of 21.51 %. The last one was water washing for 10 minutes with the residual rate of 28.71 %. To avoid a detergent residue pollution , it was recommended that the best way for light salt water for 15 minutes. Results showed that washing for long time was not suitable for pesticide removal.
