摘　　要：天津市武清区要建成京津地区优质农产品生产供应基地和全方位都市型农业示范区需要借助高校科技人才、科技成果、科技平台,实现多轮驱动、创新发展,不断提升农业设施化、园区化、标准化、组织化、品牌化和功能化水准,做强、做大、做优"蔬菜、奶牛、水产、畜禽、林果"等特色农业,推动现代农产食品产业健康、可持续发展。University scientific talents,achievement and platforms are needed to develop the Wuqing District of Tianjin into a supply base of high-quality agricultural products and an all-round urban agricultural demonstration area in Beijing-Tianjin region. In this way,＂multi-wheel drive＂can be realized;and the agricultural facilities industrialization,zone industrialization,standardization,systemization,branding,and functionalization level can be constantly improved,the characteristic agriculture of vegetable,cow,fisheries,livestock and poultry,woods and fruits etc. can be strengthened,and the healthy and sustainable development of modern agricultural food product industry can be promoted.
