摘 要:温度测量一直是测量领域的一大热点,尤其是在高温火焰测量方面。在航天及能源等领域,精确的测量火焰温度可以为推进剂配方和降低污染提供有效依据。细丝高温计是针对高温火焰温度测量而提出来的,经过多年的发展,在理论层面上已经能做到装置简单、成本低廉。简要叙述了细丝高温计的原理与发展过程以及目前存在的问题。该方法的实现可以轻松地测量火焰温度,从而了解燃烧过程和燃烧物体的性能,对引燃设备进行故障检测等。The measurement for temperature has been a hot topic in the measurement field, especially in the direction of high-temperature flame. In the aerospace and energy fields, precise measurement of the flame temperature can provide an effective basis for the propellant formulations and reduce pollution. Thin-filament pyrometer was put forward for this problem. After few years of development, it has been able to be simple and lowcost at the theoretical. This paper describes the principle and the development of thin-filament pyrometer briefly and the problems that exist currently. Implementation of the method can measure the temperature of the flame easily, than understand the combustion process and the performance of the ignition device for fault detection.
