摘  要:自润滑关节轴承是航空设备的关键部件之一,当前航空用精密级产品主要依赖进口,其技术瓶颈为内外圈成形装配工艺。该文基于非接触定向模压工艺原理,提出了整体式外圈自润滑关节轴承单边模压成形工艺;利用数值模拟技术对模压成形工艺设计与分析;利用最优拉丁超立方抽样法对设计空间抽样,再采用多目标遗传算法,对模压成形的设计参数和工艺参数进行工艺优化计算。结果表明,应用数值模拟与优化计算进行工艺设计,可以获得自润滑关节轴承单边模压成形工艺的设计参数与工艺条件,从而满足自润滑关节轴承制造的质量要求,游隙均匀、接触压力分布均匀、衬垫无损伤。The self-lubricated spherical plain bearing is one of key parts in the aeronautical equipment .The precision grade bear-ings applied in domestic aircrafts are mainly provided by foreign companies .The precision forming process has been a technical bottleneck ,therefore the chief research purpose is to find out an innovative precision forming technology by digitization design method .Based on the directional forming principle of non-contact surface ,the single-ended die forming process was established , which is used to self-lubrication spherical plain bearing with integral outer ring .The numerical simulation of the die forming process of the outer ring was analyzed .Using the optimal Latin hypercube sampling the design space values were given and the pa-rameters of design and process were optimized applied multi-objective genetic algorithms .The result shows that the given method of process simulation and optimization can be used in the design of precision forming process ,and the optimal process parameters and conditions ,which can meet the manufacturing quality requirements ,can be obtained .Thus it is possible to homogenize the clearance ,distribute the contact pressure evenly and reduce wear of the liner by using the process .
