摘 要:中空结构轴类件具有显著减轻轴重的优势,但其成形制造困难。文章提出楔横轧层合轴的思路,应用DEFORM-3D软件对楔横轧同种材料层合轴和单层轴的成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,得到了双层同种材料层合轴及单层材料轴在展宽段的变形特征及应力分布规律的特点。通过对比两种轴的应力分布,总结出层合轴应力分布的形成原因,以及应力分布场对轧制实验中同种材料结合理论的指导意义。通过实验,验证了楔横轧同种材料层合轴的可行性,为楔横轧轧制同种或异种层合轴的深入研究提供了理论依据。Shaft parts with hollow structure have an advantage of reducing significantly the weight of the shaft , but its shape manufacturing is difficult .This paper presents a concept of forming laminated shaft by cross wedge rolling .The forming process of rolling the same material laminated shaft and single shaft by cross wedge rolling was simulated numerically by the finite element software DEFORM-3D .The deformation and stress distribution rules of the same material laminated shaft and single shaft were obtained during stretching stage by cross wedge rolling .At last , the feasibility of the cross wedge rolled the same material lami-nated shaft was verified by the experiment .The rules provide theoretical guidance for further study of cross wedge rolled the same and different material laminated shafts .
