摘 要:通过铸态AZ80A镁合金的高温拉伸实验,得到了该合金在一定条件下具有较大的延伸率,最高达260%。在较大延伸率下,试样断口无明显颈缩、应变速率敏感性指数m值在0.3左右,从而判定其具有准超塑性。通过组织分析,断定铸态AZ80A镁合金的主要超塑性变形机理为动态再结晶。研究结果可对铸态镁合金的超塑性及其生产应用提供参考。The quasi-superplasticity of the cast AZ80A magnesium alloy was studied through high temperature tensile experi-ments . The results show that the cast AZ80A magnesium alloy has bigger elongation (as much as 260% ) under certain condi-tions .At the same time ,the broken specimens have no obvious necking constriction ,and its strain rate sensitivity index m is a-bout 0.3 .It is indicated that the cast AZ80A magnesium alloy has quasi-superplasticity through those results mentioned above . Via the microstructure analysis ,it can be concluded that the dynamic recrystallization is the major mechanism of the superplastic for the cast AZ80A magnesium alloy . This study provides some guidance in the superplasticity research of the magnesium alloys and their production applications .
