摘 要:立式低温绝热气瓶在搬运、吊装和使用过程中,外壳上封头顶部常常出现下塌现象,导致气瓶损坏返修。为防止此类事件的发生,采用数值模拟方法对立式低温绝热气瓶进行满载情况下的静力强度分析、静力屈曲分析和动力屈曲分析,以确定立式焊接绝热气瓶外壳上封头顶部下塌原因;提出结构改进防治措施,并进行试验验证。结果表明,装满低温液体的立式低温绝热气瓶在外壳上封头顶部与集管头连接区域出现下塌,是由于气瓶跌落碰撞时发生了动力屈曲失效,采取在原结构气瓶的外壳上封头内侧焊接若干加强筋措施,可以提高气瓶的耐碰撞能力,防止失效。During the process of hoisting or transporting ,the collapse often occurs on the top of the upper head of the vertical cry-ogenic insulated-cylinders .The vertical cryogenic insulated-cylinders are always damaged and need repairing .In order to prevent the occurrence of such events ,the static strength analysis ,the static buckling analysis and the dynamic buckling analysis of insula-ted-cylinders under full load condition are made by numerical simulation to find the failure reason .The improvement measures for the cylinders are put forward .The result shows that the dynamic buckling failure will take place easily in the region where the outer upper head connects with the head of the vertical cryogenic insulated-cylinders which filled with cryogenic liquid when the cylinders fall down .The reinforcing rib can be welded to the inner upper head to improve the collision resistance ability and pre-vent the damage .
