摘 要:分别采用ASTM C1202推荐的电通量法和快速冻融循环法研究了不同因素对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性的影响,探讨了电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性的可行性,并分析了电通量与相对耐久性指数之间的相关性。结果表明,在水灰比、水泥用量及硅灰掺量变化条件下,可以用电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性。建议水灰比及硅灰掺量变化条件下用56 d龄期电通量指标,水泥用量变化条件下用28 d龄期电通量指标。含气量、粉煤灰掺量及矿渣微粉掺量变化条件下,不能用电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性。单一因素变化时混凝土电通量与相对耐久性指数之间均存在较好的相关性,而在不同因素条件下时二者并无相关性。Study the influence of different factors on chloride-ion penetration resistance and freeze resistance of concrete by the electric flux method recommended in ASTM C1202 and fast freeze-thaw cycle method,the feasibility about using electric flux indicator to evaluate freeze resistance of concrete is discussed,and the correlation of electric flux and relative durability index is also analysed. The result shows that( 1) we can use electric flux indicator to evaluate freeze resistance of concrete when water-cement ratio,cement content,and silica fume content are altered respectively. It is suggested to use 56 d age electric flux indicator when watercement ratio and silica fume content change,and to use 28 d age electric flux indicator when cement content changes.( 2) We should not use electric flux indicator to evaluate freeze resistance of concrete when air content,fly ash content,and slag powder content are altered respectively.( 3) There is a good correlation between concrete electric flux and relative durability indicator when single factor changes,but there is no correlation between the two under the condition of different factors.
