摘　　要：2001年4月28日修改后的新《婚姻法》,首次在法律中规定了夫妻个人特有财产制,自此夫妻个人特有财产制开始发展并逐渐完善。面对纷繁复杂的社会现象,夫妻个人特有财产的划定、夫妻债务的分担、夫妻个人特有财产制中价值冲突的平衡等问题还需要得到解决,夫妻个人特有财产制的研究具有现实意义。The system for the new ＂Marriage Law＂ revised in April 28, 2001, regulated the couple＇s individual specific property first time in the law. improve gradually.
