新医正骨结合温针治疗颈源性高血压30例

摘　　要：目的观察新医正骨结合温针治疗颈源性高血压的临床效果,探讨本疗法对颈源性高血压患者的降压机制。方法将2010年8月-2013年8月三河市医院收治的60例颈源性高血压患者随机分成治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）,治疗组采用新医正骨结合温针治疗颈源性高血压,对照组采用普通针刺结合口服降压药物治疗,2个疗程后观测血压变化,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.6%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P=0.036〈0.05）。结论新医正骨结合温针治疗颈源性高血压效果优于普通针刺结合口服降压药物对本病的治疗,是一种简单、有效、实用的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of new doctor bonesetting combined with warm acupuncture on treating neck-originated hypertension and discuss the underlying mechanism. Methods 60 patients with neck-originated hypertension admitted to Sanhe Hospital from August 2010 to August 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）, patients in treatment group were treated with new doctor bonesetting combined with warm acupuncture, meanwhile patients in control group received normal acupuncture and antihypertensive drugs, changes of blood pressure and furthermore the clinical effect of new doctor bonesetting combined with warm acupuncture were evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,which was 86.6% in control group, patients in treatment group showed better outcomes compared with that in control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P = 0.036 〈0.05）. Conclusion As therapies in treating neck-originated hypertension, new doctor bonesetting combined with warm acupuncture shows better clinical effects compared with normal acupuncture combined with antihypertensive drugs. New doctor bonesetting combined with warm acupuncture is a simple, effective and practical therapy.
