耳穴压豆治疗下行支气管镜检查安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆治疗下行常规支气管镜检查对患者的影响。方法:研究组在支气管镜检查时同时行气管、肺、心、神门、交感、皮质下等六大耳穴压豆治疗,对照组只进行常规支气管镜检查,均观察患者脉氧、血压、心率等生理指标及舒适性等主观感觉的异同。结果:研究组的胸闷感、声门活动度等观察指标优于对照组,P<0.05;血压、心率、脉氧等生理指标两组无显著差异性。结论:中医耳穴压豆下行支气管镜检查较常规支气管镜检查对病人胸闷感等主观感觉具有一定优势,可改善病人检查的安全性和舒适性。Objective ： To investigate the effect of bronchoscopy under ear acupoint press therapy on patients. Method ： With the implementation of bronchoscopy, the study group also took the ear acupoint press therapy on the 6 parts, including trachea, lung, heart, Shenmen, sympathia, subcortex, etc. The contrast group only took regular hronehoscopy. Both groups need to investigate the patients＇ pulse, oxygen, blood pressure, heart rate and other physiological indexes together with the similarities and differences of comfort and other subjective sensations. Result： Chest tightness, glottal activity and other indexes of the study group were better than those of the contrast group, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference of the two groups in blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, oxygen and other physiological indexes. Conclusion ： Compared to regular bronehoseopy, bronehoseopy under ear acupoint press therapy of traditional Chinese medical science has a certain advantage on dealing with the patients＇ chest tightness and other subjective sensations, and the therapy can also improve the safety and comfort when the patients take bronchoscopy.
