手足口病古代文献相关病名探析

摘　　要：目的:查阅古代相关中医文献,查找"手足口病"相关病名,为中医药防治本病提供参考。方法:查找从《黄帝内经》至清代古代文献,以主要临床表现与相似发病特点和病机为检索要点,对相关病名进行分析总结。结果:古代文献中"温病""时疫""疫疹""湿温"等在不同角度与手足口病相关。结论:对上述疾病相关文献进行分析,有助于认识、防治本病。Objective：Accessing to relevant ancient Chinese literature and seeking HFMD related disease name to provide reference for prevention and treatment of this disease in medicine. Methods ： In order to analyze and summarize relevant disease, we seeked ancient literature from the Huangdi＇s Inner Classic to the Qing Dynasty, retrieving the main clinical manifestations and similar disease characteristics and pathogenesis as the retrieval points. Results： Some diseases in ancient literature are at different angles associated with HFMD, such as Febrile disease, epidemic disease, epidemic rash, wet warm disease, etc,. Conclusion： Analyzing the above disease-related literature is contribute to understanding, prevention and treatment of the disease.
