摘  要:利用静态吸附和解吸筛选出的最佳树脂对银杏总内酯的吸附行为进行了研究,研究结果表明在298~318 K和研究的浓度范围内,HPD-100对银杏总内酯吸附平衡数据符合Freundlich吸附等温方程,吸附过程符合一级动力学吸附方程。Freundlich吸附等温线和等量吸附焓表明:HPD-100对银杏总内酯吸附是放热过程。对银杏总内酯在HPD-100上的自由能、吸附熵进行测试,结果表明吸附过程能自发进行。The present work studied the sorption behavior of total lactones of ginkgo for screening the optimum adsorption resin. The results showed that equilibrium data for the adsorption of total lactones of ginkgo onto HPD-100 adsorbents could be fitted by Freundlich model within the temperature range of 298-318 K. The adsorption kinetic data could be characterized by pseudo-first order model reasonably. Freundlich adsorption isotherms and isosteric enthalpy of adsorption indicated that the adsorption process of total lactones of ginkgo onto HPD-100 was exothermie. The isosteric enthalpy of free energy and entropy of adsorption were reported and the results showed that the adsorption process is spontaneous in nature.
