摘　　要：消渴目病为消渴病的严重并发症。尽管我国古代医籍中没有消渴目病病名的明确记载,但有关消渴目病的发病及病证特点等均有叙述。通过对相关古代文献资料的收集、整理及分析,初步总结出古代对该病的病因及病机的认识,为我们临床治疗该病提供了有效的依据。The eye disease due to diabetes is a serious complication of diabetes. Chinese ancientmedical books did not clearly documented the disease name, but the incidence of eye disease related to diabetes and syndrome characteristics and so on were described in ancient books. By collecting the relevant ancient literature, collation and analysis, preliminary summary of the ancient understanding of the disease etiology and pathogenesis was carried out, providing an effective basis for our clinical treatment of this disease.
