养阴润肺汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴润肺汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将80例中医辨证为阴虚咳嗽的患儿随机分成两组,每组各40例。治疗组给予养阴润肺汤口服,并辨证加减,对照组给予川贝雪梨膏口服,2组疗程均为14 d,疗程结束后观察2组的临床疗效及证候积分的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床证候比较也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:养阴润肺汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangyin Runfei Decoction for the treatment of children with Yin deficiency cough. Methods ： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. Oral treatment group was given Yangyin Runfei Decoction and the control group given fritillary bulb Sydney cream orally, a course of 14 days. The two groups after treatment were observed the clinical curative effect and the improvement of syndrome integrals. Results ： The treatment group＇s total effectiveness was 95.0% and it was 77.5% in the control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. In the two groups after treatment, clinical syndrome were also statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yangyin Runfei Decoction treatment of pediatric cough with Yin deficiency has obvious curative effect and it is worthy of clinical application.
