摘　　要：非洲宪法的概念与法系问题的研究一直是非洲法系研究者广为讨论的话题。相关学者认为非洲各国家宪法很难找到共性,而另有一些学者则认为在非洲是存在一种独立的法律体系的。文章通过对非洲宪法的狭义、广义和动态等三个方面的概念进行研究,并结合非洲宪法的共性,对非洲的法律体系进行了具体分析。the research on the concept and legal issues Africa constitution research is always Africa law widely discussed topic. Related scholars believe that the constitution Africa each country is very difficult to find commonalities,while some scholars believe that the Africa exists as a separate legal system. Based on the research of the Africa constitution,generalized and narrow dynamic three aspects of concept,and combined with the Africa constitutional similarities,the legal system of Africa analyses.
