自我穴位按压疗法对2型糖尿病合并无症状性高尿酸血症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自我穴位按压疗法对2型糖尿病合并无症状性高尿酸血症的影响。方法选择106例2型糖尿病合并无症状性高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予低嘌呤饮食及降血糖治疗,干预组在对照组基础上,给予自我穴位按压治疗。比较两组治疗前后体重指数、空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐等指标水平的变化。结果干预组的总有效率为90.2%,显著高于对照组的58.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗后的体重、体重指数、血尿酸、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组治疗后的血尿酸水平显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我穴位按压配合低嘌呤饮食治疗2型糖尿病合并无症状性高尿酸血症,可有效降低血尿酸水平,并改善血糖、血脂等代谢指标。Objective To explore the influence of self-acupoint pressure therapy in asymptomatic hyperuricemia with type 2 diabetes. Methods 106 cases with asymptomatic hyperuricemia of type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was treated with the routine anti-diabetic therapy and low purine diet,and the intervention group was treated with self-acupoint pressure therapy on the bases of the control group.The level of body mass index,fasting plasma glucose,lipids,uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 90.2%,which was significantly higher than 58% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The level of body mass index,body weight,serum uric acid,serum total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the intervention group after treatment was lower than that of before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of blood uric acid of the intervention group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-acupoint pressure and low purine diet in the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia with type 2 diabetes,can effectively reduce the level of blood uric acid,improve the level of blood glucose and blood lipid.
