摘　　要：目的了解农村地区育龄妇女使用避孕套及其对避孕套相关知识的掌握情况。方法由调查员对育龄妇女进行避孕套使用情况的问卷调查,分析避孕套使用情况。结果辽宁省农村育龄妇女避孕套持续使用率很低,为11.96%;已婚人群较未婚人群对避孕套的知晓率高;育龄妇女获得避孕套的途径主要是通过计划生育部门。结论应积极开展有针对性的避孕套相关健康教育和行为干预,提高避孕套的使用率。Objective To understand the usage and related knowledge about condom of reproductive aged women in ru- ral areas. Methods The women of childbearing age were investigated about the condom through questionnaire and the usage condition about condom were analysed. Results The sustained utilization rate of condom in rural women of child- bearing age was very low,it was 11.96%.The knowledge rate of condoms in the married people was higher than that in the unmarried people.Most of the women of childbearing age got condoms by the family planning department. Conclu- sion It is should actively carry out related health education and behavior intervention about condom,improve the utiliza- tion rate of the condom.
