摘  要:电机低速运行时,死区效应可能导致电流波形畸变严重,使电机转矩发生脉动。本文提出一种新型PWM控制死区补偿方法,该控制算法通过坐标变换、定标的方式将合成电流空间矢量与定子旋转磁场同步,根据电流空间矢量在旋转磁场中的位置分别对逆变器三相桥臂的导通时间进行补偿,其补偿时间的大小根据相应的电流的大小决定,确保扰动电压矢量同电流矢量旋转同步。Matlab仿真及实验结果表明该方法具有良好的性能和应用价值。When motor runs at low speed, the dead zone may lead to larger current waveform distortion, and the motor torque ripple. This paper put forward a new kind of dead zone compensation method about PWM control. The control algorithm by means of coordinate transformation and selection was determined synthesis current space vector on the stator rotating magnetic field, and then according to the position of the current space vector in the rotating magnetic field of three-phase inverter bridge arm respectively conduct time compensation, its compensation time according to the size of the corresponding current the size of the decision, so that the disturbance voltage vector synchronization with current vector rotation. The Matlab simulation and experimental results show this method has good performance and applicable value.
