摘　　要：目的通过调研药学专业毕业生的职业岗位任务,探索高职药学人才培养方案。方法调研高职药学生的就业岗位,分析执行工作任务时所必须具备的专业知识、能力和素质,制定以职业岗位导向的人才培养方案。结果结合职业岗位制定实用性人才培养方案。结论制定切合职业岗位的人才培养方案,更好地提高高职药学专业人才培养质量。Objective To establish personnel training program for higher vocational pharmacy by investigating occupation du -ties in pharmacy graduates .Methods The employment of pharmacy graduates from higher vocational school was investigated .The pro-fessional knowledge , ability and quality in the jobs were analyzed so as to constitute the career-oriented personnel training program .Re-sults The career-oriented practical personnel training program was established .Conclusion The career-oriented personnel training program can improve the quality of education of higher vocational pharmacy major .
