摘 要:实验研究了紫外-微波联合消解测量海水总磷的方法。通过正交实验对紫外消解条件进行了优化,确定过硫酸钾用量10 mL、消解温度90℃、消解时间40 min、紫外消解功率40 W时,能够达到最优消解效果;对微波消解条件进行研究,确定微波消解5 min为最佳条件。实验结果表明,该消解方法测量精密度为0.35%,检出限1.58μg/L,对磷酸二氢钾、六偏磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠以及六偏磷酸钠和β-甘油磷酸钠混标等四种标准物质测量的线性度均能达到0.999 0以上,达到《海洋监测规范GB 17378.4-2007》所规定的指标要求。The UV-microwave combined digestive technology for measuring total phosphorus in seawater was studied through experiments in this paper. Ultraviolet digestion parameters were optimized through orthogonal experiments. It was determined that the optimal digestive effect could be achieved with 10 mL of potassium persulfate, 90 ℃ digestion temperature, 40 min of digestion time and 40 W of digestion power. It was also ascertained that 5 min of microwave digestion was the best digestion condition. The experiment results show that the method proposed in this paper has a measuring precision of 0.35% and a detection limit of 1.58 μg/L, and can achieve degrees of linearity above 0.9990 for measuring 4 kinds of standard substances: potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, β-sodium glycerophosphate, as well as the mixture of sodium hexametaphosphate and β-sodium glycerophosphate, achieving the requirements stipulated in the Specification for Marine Monitoring GB 17378.4-2007.
