摘　　要：网格是基于硬件支持的各种服务和功能的提供者,将原来有形的、专用的计算能力转变为无形的、通用的服务,是处理信息的基础设施.以开放网格体系结构为基础构建而成的政府网格信息系统是一种不改变现行体制的流程优化,前台着眼服务需求,后台着手服务资源协调,并以信息技术为支撑,构筑资源共享与工作协同的服务型政府新模式.Grid is the provider of all kinds of hardware supporting services and function,which turns the original tangible,dedicated computing power into the invisible,general service,and is also the infrastructure of processing the information.The government information grid system built on the basis of open grid architecture is a kind of process optimization without changing the current system.The front desk focuses on service demand,and the background targets at service resources coordination.Supported by information technology,a new mode of service-oriented government was constructed for resource sharing and work collaboration.
