摘　　要：基于北京市2009年初至2010年6月的历史数据拟合出房价的变化曲线,建立房价调控的数学模型,预测出2011年北京市的房价,得到出台"国十条"的必要性.The mathematical model for the housing price control is chiefly researched.The curves of the housing price are achieved based on the historical data of Beijing City from early 2009 to June2010.It predicts the housing price of Beijing City in 2011 and brings forth the necessity of introducing control measures such as ＂National 10＂.
