白亮带对中厚板产品质量的影响

摘　　要：通过现场数据统计和典型工艺试验,分析白亮带对安钢中厚板产品质量的影响。分析认为,中厚板白亮带处存在负偏析,组织晶粒度较正常部位粗大,白亮带厚度为0.1-0.3mm,对钢板整体性能无明显恶化。ABSTRACT：Based on the field data statistics and typical production test, the effects of white band on the quality of plate were analyzed. The analysis showed that negative segregations were found in the area of the white band and the crystal sizes of the structure were coarser than that of the normal other location in the plate. The thickness of the white band was 0.1-0.3mm, which could not make the whole properties of the steel plate worse evidently.
