异质性民族旅游发展战略、竞争优势与经济绩效——基于广东的实证研究

摘　　要：文章以资源观理论为基础,研究了异质性民族旅游发展战略对旅游竞争优势的影响,以及旅游竞争优势对经济绩效的影响。在理论研究和案例分析的基础上,作者提出了本研究的模型和假设,进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,异质性民族旅游发展战略对旅游竞争优势有着正向的影响,其中包括不完全模仿和不完全移动的民族旅游发展战略;旅游竞争优势对经济绩效有着正向影响。Based on Resource-based Theory, the present study investigates the impact of heterogenic development strategies of ethnic tourism on tourism competitive advantage, and the impact of tourism competitive advantage on economic performance. Based on the theoretical and case study, a model and some hypotheses were put forward, and an empirical study was conducted. The results of data analysis indicate that： heterogenic development strategies of minority tourism have positive impact on tourism competitive advantage, and the tourism competitive advantage has positive impact on economic performance. The study provides some insight into the formulation and implement of tourism development strategies in the national minority regions.
