摘　　要：通过采用单向顺序阀在拆炉机的平台回转回路上实现平衡功能,使系统的回油路背压增高,形成了无用功率的消耗,且管路破裂制动时,单向顺序阀的制动压力小,容易造成不安全现象。经过分析比较,选择用平衡阀取代单向顺序阀实现平衡功能,使回路背压小,制动压力大,更符合平衡回路的要求。The one-way sequence valve balance function in platform rotating loop furnace dismantling machine based on the system back to oil pressure was realized,which increased the formation of the useless power consumption,and pipe rup-ture when braking,braking pressure one-way sequence valve is small,and is easy to cause the unsafe phenomena.After a-nalysis and comparison,choose to use the balance valve to replace the one-way sequence valve for balance function,then loop back pressure is small,the baking force,more in line with the requirements of the balancing circuit.
