摘 要:目的分析经右侧桡动脉途径(RTA)和经左侧桡动脉途径(LTA)冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术中术者身体各部位的剂量当量。方法接受经桡动脉途径PCI治疗的患者164例,其中LTA组22例、RTA组142例,记录手术时间、曝光时间、剂量—面积乘积(DAP)及术者身体各部位的剂量当量等。结果两组手术时间、曝光时间、球管辐射总剂量及DAP差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);LTA组左侧颞部、铅衣外、左腕关节剂量当量均高于RTA组相应部位(P均<0.05),其他各部位剂量当量两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);两组左颞部剂量当量均远高于右颞部(P均<0.05)。结论与RTA相比,LTA的前倾体位使术者在PCI治疗中身体左侧接受更高剂量的电离辐射。Objective To investigate the operator radiation exposure during percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) via left or right transradial access.Methods 164 patients underwent transradial PCI, 22 patients were operated via left transradial approach ( LTA group) , 142 cases via right transradial approach ( RTA group) .To record the dose area product ( DAP) , effective dose equivalent absorbed by operators of all the procedures, the procedure times, and fluoroscopy times. Results The procedure times, fluoroscopy times, radiation dose, and DAP had no significant difference between two groups (all P〉0.05).Effective dose equivalent of the operator′s left side of the tenpus, left wrist and outside of lead clothes in LTA group were significantly higher than those in RTA group ( all P〈0.05);the left side of the tenpus dose in two groups were much higher than the right (both P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with RTA, the left side of the whole body on the operator have high radiation exposure during PCI procedure in LTA group.
