摘  要:为了解决立井生产系统撒煤量较大的问题,对立井箕斗与装卸载设备接口进行优化改进,大幅度地减少了撒煤量。按照该优化方案对煤矿现有生产系统进行改造,成本低、工期短、效果好,同时不降低立井生产系统的稳定性。该优化方案具有较大的推广价值。In order to solve the problem of a large amount of coal leakage in the vertical shaft production system, the interface between vertical shaft skip and loading equipment,unloading equipment need to be optimized and improved. According to the optimization program, the existing coal mine production system need to be transformed to make it less expensive, more effective, has shorter construction time; at the same time the stability of vertical shaft production system should not be reduced. Consequently, the optimization program has great promotional value.
