摘  要:针对目前国内锚杆钻头生产制作效率低,制作工艺复杂,且存在施工过程中装卸不便,排粉冷却效果不理想等问题,研制了一种以水为冲洗介质,铸造插接式金刚石复合片锚杆钻头及其连接套。钻头体采用铸造工艺,简化了钻头加工的工艺流程,提高了生产效率;插接式结构使钻头装卸更方便,提高了锚孔施工效率;同时插接式结构可实现钻头正转和反转,有效避免卡钻事故发生;改变了循环介质通道的结构形式和分布形式,使钻头适用性更强。At present, the production efficiency of anchor bit is low because of its complex processing, the connection is not convenient between the anchor bit and drill pipe, and the effect of cuttings washing and cooling bit is not ideal, casting-bodied PDC anchor bit with plug-in joint and its connection joint were developed. The processing of anchor bit was simplified because the body of anchor bit was manufactured through casting process, as a result, the production efficiency of anchor bit was improved, and the drilling efficiency was improved because of plug-in connection joint. In addition, the anchor bit can rotate forward and reverse, so the sticking accident was avoided, and the application scope was extended because of changing the structure and arrangement of water way.
