摘  要:对PYB1750型弹簧圆锥破碎机进行了力学分析,得到了最大破碎力。建立了主轴有限元模型,进行了主轴的静强度和疲劳强度分析,结果表明主轴最大等效应力为188.42 MPa,远小于材料屈服强度,具有较大的静强度安全系数;但疲劳强度分析表明主轴危险点的累积损伤因子为0.916 4,说明在经过10 a的工作以后,主轴已接近寿命极限。分析的结果可为圆锥弹簧破碎机主轴的设计及改进提供可靠依据。A PYB1750 spring cone crusher is taken as the research object, the maximum crushing force of which is calculated through force analysis. The finite element model of the main shaft is established, on this basis the static stress analysis and fatigue strength analysis is carried out. Result shows the maximum equivalent stress of the main shaft is 188.42MPa, far less than the yield strength of the main shaft material, thus the main shaft has sufficient safety coefficient of static strength. However, the fatigue cumulative damage factor of the dangerous point is calculated to be 0.9164, which illustrates after ten years operation, the main shaft is close to it life time. The calculation results of this paper provides reliable foundation for design and improvement of the main shaft of spring cone crusher.
