摘  要:为了得到更加合理的镐形截齿结构,以MG600采煤机的镐形截齿为研究对象,对单个截齿进行受力分析,在Workbench中建立了截齿的有限元模型。在静力有限元分析的基础上,把镐形截齿齿尖的圆锥半角和圆孔半径作为设计参数,以质量、最大等效应力和最大变形量作为目标参数,对截齿结构进行了优化,得到了更加合理的镐形截齿结构。研究结果为截齿的结构设计与优化提供了理论依据。In order to obtain the more reasonable structure of pick-shaped cutter, with MG600 shearer pick-shaped cutter as the object of the research ,the force condition of single cutter has been analyzed finite element model of the cutter was established in Workbench. Based on the results of static analysis, the optimization design of pick-shaped cutter has been performed. The cone half-angle and circular hole radius of pick tooth point were selected as design parameters. Meanwhile, geometry mass, equivalent stress maximum and the biggest deformation were selected as goal parameters. The more reasonable structure of pick-shaped cutter has been obtained. Research results provide the theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the cutter.
