摘　　要：机械化快速回撤工艺在综采工作面的应用可以加快工作面的回撤速度,提高回撤质量。机械化快速回撤工艺主要解决综采工作面倾角大、顶板破碎、底板软、淋水大等各种情况,保证液压支架平稳运输,调向容易。机械化快速回撤工艺优化工序,减少人员作业量,降低劳动强度,提升安全系数,提高工作效率。Mechanized rapid installation technology the installation speed, and improve the quality of applied on fully mechanized coal face can speed up installation, and alleviate the tension of mining- excavation relay. Mechanized rapid installation technology primarily solves the problems of large dip angle ,roof broken, soft floor, and large spraying water on fully mechanized coal face, and ensures smooth transport of hydraulic support. Hydraulic support is adjusted direction easily by using muhifunctional manipulator. Mechanized rapid installation technology can optimize process, reduce the operating amounts, bring down labor intensity, rise safety coefficient and improve labor efficiency.
