摘  要:以ZY8800/17/35D两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,对液压支架掩护梁进行平面受力分析,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件,对掩护梁进行结构静力学分析,通过对与掩护梁相联接的销轴孔参数的优化,可以明显降低掩护梁的重量及所受的最大应力。结果表明,选择合适的掩护梁尺寸,能够降低掩护梁的重量及所受的应力,效果明显,从而为掩护梁的结构设计提供一定的参考。Taking two-column shield hydraulic support of the ZY8800/17/35D type as the research object in this paper. Firstly the caving shield of the hydraulic support is analyzed under plane stress, using the ANSYS Workbench software in the structural static analysis of caving shield. In addition, optimizationing of the pin hole parameters which connected with the caving shield , can significantly reduce the weight of the caving shield and the suffered greatest stress. The results show that choosing the right size of the caving shield can reduce the weight of the caving shield and suffered stress. The significant effects may provide some reference value for the design of caving shield structure.
