摘 要:以某公司生产的圆振动筛为研究对象,利用振动理论精确建立了该系统的三自由度动力学模型和振动微分方程。对系统的振动微分方程进行简化,通过理论推导得出机体质心运动的近似解析表达式,进而得到机体上任意点的运动方程。结果表明,机体上除某些特殊点外,其他点的运动轨迹为大小不一的椭圆。另外运用Simulink实例仿真得到质心的运动轨迹,进一步论证理论推导的正确性;为振动筛的设计与优化提供了一定的理论依据。Taking a company's circular vibrating screen for the study, the paper uses the theory of vihration accurately to set up the system of three degrees of freedom mechanical model and the vibration differential equation. The svstem vibration differential equation is simplified, and the approximate analytic expressions of the body's cenler of mass sports is obtained by the theoretical derivation, and then get the equation of motion of an arbitrary point on the body. The results showed that the body of trajeclory is lhe elliptical shape of different sizes except some special points. Another example using the Simulink simulation to get cenlroid trajectoryy demonstrates the correclness of the theorelical derivation, which is to provide certain theoretical basis for the future design and optimizalion of vibraling screen.
