肾衰宁颗粒联合爱西特治疗慢性肾衰竭临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨口服肾衰宁颗粒联合爱西特治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者的临床疗效。方法选择60例CRF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时加服肾衰宁颗粒和爱西特,治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征及血肌酐、血尿素氮指标的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组临床症状改善,血肌酐、血尿素氮明显下降。结论肾衰宁具有益气健脾、活血化瘀、通腑泄浊的功效,爱西特直接吸附毒素,两药联合应用具有良好的协同作用,改善症状,明显降低血肌酐、血尿素氮,并且相互抵消两药的不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective to study the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic renal failure （ CRF） patients use Shenshuaining Grain combined with Medicalcharcoal.Methods 60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in the control group given basic treatment, the treatment group take Shenshuaining Grain at the same time in the foundation treatment Medicalcharcoal, treatment of 8 weeks.Comparing the two groups before and after treatment the clinical symptoms, signs and the change of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen index.Results Treatment group to improve clinical symptoms, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen decreased obviously compared with control group.Conclusions Renal failure has the beneficial effects of spleen, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, relieving the effect of drainage turbidity, Medicalcharcoal has the effects of directing adsorption toxin, the combined use of these have good synergy, to improve symptoms, decrease serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and cancel each other out two drug adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization and application.
