摘 要:目的:筛选复方紫苏制剂抗模拟空间运动病的有效化学部位。方法:将复方紫苏制剂分成水提物、正丁醇萃取物及乙醇提取物三个化学部位,通过对小鼠旋转晕刺激的方法建立模拟空间运动病模型,观察各给药组小鼠异食高岭土及进食量的变化。结果:正丁醇萃取物能显著降低小鼠晕刺激后高岭土的摄入量,并改善小鼠晕刺激后食欲降低的现象,其抗运动病效果优于其他化学部位及阳性对照(茶苯海明)。结论:正丁醇萃取物为复方紫苏制剂抗运动病的有效化学部位。Objective:To screen the effective chemical constituents of compound preparation of perilla nankinensis for anti-simulated space motion sickness.Methods:Divide compound preparation of perilla nankinensis into three chemical constituents:aqueous extract,n-butanol solvent extract and ethanol extract.Motion sickness of mice was induced by rotatory stimulation.The comsumption of kaolin and food intake was caculated as the index of motion sickness.Results:The n-butanol solvent extract could inhibit the consumption of Kaolin and reduce the appetite drops significantly after motion sickness of mice was induced ; the effect on anti-motion sickness was better than other chemical constituents and the positive control (dimenhydrinate).Conclusion:The n-butanol solvent extract is the most effective chemical constituent of compound preparation of perilla nankinensis for anti-simulated space motion sickness.
