摘　　要：理中丸有温中散寒的功用,理中丸的君药干姜是热敏通道TRPV1和TRPA1的激动剂,它可以同时激活热通道TRPV1和寒通道TRPA1。这二种方式最终都能脱敏TRPA1通道,切断寒痛感觉的传导。理中丸对热敏通道的作用可能是干姜温中散寒的分子机制。TRPV1 and TRPA1 are expressed by specific neurons and cells within the alimentary canal.They play important roles in taste,mechanosensation,pain and hyperalgesia.Changes in TRP channel expression or function are associated with a variety of diseases or disorders of the digestive system,obvious pain and hyperalgesia in heartburn,functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome.Lizhongwan is used to treat the stomach ache in China,and contains gingerols：a novel class of TRPV1 and TRPA1 agonists.The heterologous desensitization of these receptors and corresponding inhibition of nociceptor activity might be the mechanism of Lizhongwan for warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold.
